My mission is to empower you to live boldly and unapologetically while putting your self care first. Stop living a mediocre life and instead start creating an existence that is positively amazing. You are all that and then some, and it’s time to start acting like it. You are not condemned to a life of emotional pain and trauma, unhealthy eating, broken relationships, or making everyone a priority but yourself. Will there be emotional discomfort while taking this course?
As you gain insight you may notice physical feelings and emotions arise. Some new and some familiar, though with the skills provided and care for self your feelings will change and grow with you.
How long will it take for me to feel different about myself and my world?
That varies tremendously as it can occur in the first piece of material you read or may be weeks later when you think on and experience the changes.
Is it normal to see old habits show up even after I have been using new skills for a while?
Yes, though the difference is they will likely be in your awareness so you will now have a CHOICE to explore them and create further growth.
What if I start the course and need more time to get through it or want to go through it again?
You will have access to the course for the duration of the 6 week course and the 6 supportive week following. This is meant to be a springboard to your growth and continued indefinitely. You will also keep all worksheets from the course to review at your pace.
Are refunds offered?
No refunds are offered as personal growth is subjective and this is meant to be one aspect of your care and love for self and the pace of your change will be unique. If you use what is offered in my course and continue to do so, meaningful and positive change is possible.
